WNTH 88.1 Station History

WNTH is one of the oldest high school radio stations in the country, dating back to when it first went on air in 1961. Today, the "Voice of New Trier" showcases a variety of programming ranging from classic and emerging music to live sports and podcasts.

The station can be found on the dial in the North Shore area on 88.1 FM. We broadcast 24/7, 365 days a year, from our studio at the Winnetka campus! 

Students participating in WNTH Radio & Podcasting club class help run the station. The club meets after school on Thursdays at 3:30 in room W231 at the Winnetka Campus. All students grades 9 through 12 are welcome. For more information about the club, click here.
